Siesta Key Beachfront Rates & Availability
Our wonderful townhome offers you a full year calendar for our Rates & Availability. This way you can view the months that are available. The rates are based on a 4 week stay. We cover all processing fees and out-going cleaning fees for more affordability and ease in the payment process. We want your stay to be relaxing and stress free. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly.
“This property requires a Minimum 4 Week Stay. Longer occupancy can be customized based on availability” Extended year long rentals will be considered.
2024 RATES
-Monthly Rate Schedule-
Jan–April = $12,000 per Month plus tax and damage deposit
May-July, Oct, Nov & Dec = $9,000 per Month plus tax and damage deposit
August-Sept = $7,000 per Month plus tax and damage deposit
50 % deposit upon signed agreement and the balance 50 % 60 days prior to 1st day of stay.
There is will a One-Time Administrative fee of $200. We pay for cleaning upon your checkout only, in-stay cleaning at your expense. FL & Sarasota tax is added to the rental fee in our agreement. There are no processing fees.
