  • 4-week minimum rental: please email interest in periods less than 1 month. Will advise based on availability and length of stay. Longer occupancy can be customized based on availability.
  • Max # of guests is 5.
  • Check in is normally at 4 pm and check out is 10 am. Our cleaning staff requires a 6-hour window.
  • Pets and smoking are prohibited because of both HOA rules and allergies of guests.
  • Damage deposits are returned within 14 days of departure.
  • A reservation is finalized with a 50 % deposit and 50 % 60 days prior to arrival (check in mail, Zelle Bank Transfer, or Venmo transfer) along with a signed copy of the rental agreement and a copy of the main tenant’s driver’s license.
  • The final second payment of 2/3 total is due 60 days prior to the 1st day of your rental.
  • Towels, linens, beach towels, chairs and toys are provided by owners.
  • Owners require a minimum age of 25 for the primary renter.
  • We ask that you treat our property like you would if staying in an Aunt, Uncle’s or friends’ home. We understand if you break a glass and will not charge you if you let us know so we can replace it.
  • A standard rental agreement specific to your reservation will be created and emailed to you for review and signature. It will list the specific pricing, dates of the check-in and check-out period and all charges and dates for payments. It will also have our contact information to mail signed documents, check and drivers license to confirm your reservation. We will update our web calendar upon receipt of your documents to block out availability on the calendar.
  • The maximum number of guests in our townhome is 6 people.
  • The tenant has 1 parking space close to the walk-up and additional space if needed is in visitors designated parking spaces.
